Tracey McClelland, RN, opened REV Aesthetics in 2021. Tracey’s professional journey started 22 years ago at a local hospital. After working in the emergency room for 13 years, she decided to change paths and become an infertility nurse after her own personal struggle trying to start a family.

She loved the rewarding experience working at the fertility facility, but she had a nudge to follow her dreams of becoming an aesthetics nurse. She earned her certification as a nurse injector in early 2021. After attending multiple seminars, certification courses and one-on-one training sessions with fellow injectors, Tracey made her dream a reality by opening REV Aesthetics.

Alexis Riccione , MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Alexis is a board-certified family nurse practitioner credentialed through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners with over 23 years of overall health care experience. Her healthcare background experience includes emergency/trauma nursing, primary care and urgent care. She entered the medical field in 2002 after becoming Licensed Practical Nurse and then becoming a registered nurse in 2010. Alexis spent several years working in various settings including emergency/trauma before continuing her education in 2018 by receiving her Bachelor’s in Science of Nursing from Wilkes University and then continuing on to complete her Master’s in Science of Nursing at Herzing University in 2021. After becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, she began her new career in a Family Medical office where she gained much of her strong clinical knowledge and foundation. About 1 year ago she transitioned to Urgent Care where she continued her love of having direct patient care, while advancing her knowledge and training into Aesthetic medicine.

It is Alexis’s goal to ensure that each of her patient’s feel supported and comfortable during their appointments. She truly enjoys getting to know her patient’s and finds great satisfaction in helping others feel and look their best. When entering into aesthetic medicine Alexis found that the connections she was able to make with her patient’s meant so much to her. She knew then she had found her passion. Amber is a board-certified family nurse practitioner credentialed through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners with over 16 years of overall health care experience. Her healthcare background experience includes emergency/trauma nursing, primary care and urgent care. She entered the medical field as an emergency room technician in 2006 while becoming a registered nurse in 2010. She spent several years working as an emergency/trauma nurse before continuing her education in 2014 by receiving her Bachelor’s in Science of Nursing from Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences and then continuing on to complete her Master’s in Science of Nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2019. After becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, she began her new journey in a Family Practice office where she developed her love for a more personalized approach to healthcare by developing ongoing therapeutic patient-provider relationships.
